Food For Thought

I decided to start posting what I eat each day or a new recipe of the day to help keep me on track. Not that I don't eat strict but I tend to put more effort in when I see people are watching... So here goes...


Food For Thought.

For Breakfast today I had Eggs and bacon
For Lunch I had one of the BEST LUNCHES EVER... Leftover Steak, green beans, and mashed sweet potatoes with Butter and Cinnamon...
 This was lunch yesterday... with my new Lunch Bots container... and my spiffy Rachel Ray Lunch Box that Lindz got me :) Thanks Lindz I use this everyday I love it!!!
