If you take crossfit classes you know what an AMRAP is, if you don't its am acronym for As Many Rounds (or Reps) Possible.

Last night I did:

15 Air Squats
30 sec Push Up Hold
15 Bicycle Crunches

This seemed like a tame WOD but it certainly wasn't its short intervals constantly moving. I made it through 5 whole rounds and 10 squats. It was a tough one and my legs and abs were screaming ....

For Dinner we had wings and fries nice and easy and Paleoish... Works for me!
